The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a vital program in Australia that delivers essential support and services to people with disabilities. Through the NDIS, participants can access personalised care, resources, and funding designed to help them live more independently, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. Whether it’s daily living support, community participation, or long-term planning, the NDIS empowers Australians with disabilities and their families to take control of their future.
• Aged between 9 and 65 years of age. (Early intervention for children under 9 is available)
• Australian Citizen, permanent visa holder or protected special category visa holder.
• Lives in Australia.
• Disability caused by a permanent impairment.
• Fill out the Make a Referral Form on the Salus Care Group website.
• A Referral will be sent to our amazing admin team who will contact you and discuss about your situation.
• Our team specialises in preparing and submitting your application on your behalf to the NDIS.
• Services can be provided if you’re a current participant.
