Whether it’s daily living support, community participation, or long-term planning, the NDIS empowers Australians with disabilities and their families to take control of their future.
• Aged between 9 and 65 years of age. (Early intervention for children under 9 is available)
• Australian Citizen, permanent visa holder or protected special category visa holder.
• Lives in Australia.
• Disability caused by a permanent impairment.
• Fill out the Make a Referral Form on the Salus Care Group website.
• A Referral will be sent to our amazing admin team who will contact you and discuss about your situation.
• Our team specialises in preparing and submitting your application on your behalf to the NDIS.
• Services can be provided if you’re a current participant.
